PhD Candidate
Otavio Dias is a Ph.D. candidate under the supervision of Dr. Mohini Sain at the Faculty of Forestry of the University of Toronto. In 2013, he received his bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering from the Federal Santa Catarina University (UFSC), Brazil. In 2014, he began his master studies focused on lignin-based plastics materials at the Sao Paulo State University (UNESP), Brazil. Currently, his Ph.D. research is about Investigation of surface thermodynamics of nanocellulose.
