Sessional lecturer Peter Kuitenbrouwer (MFC 2019), a registered professional forester (RPF) and graduate of the Master of Forest Conservation, is the author of Maple Syrup: A Short History of Canada’s Sweetest Obsession (Penguin Random House Canada, 2025).
