PhD Candidate
Weidan is a Ph.D. candidate working on the foaming of cellulose nanofiber reinforced biodegradable polymer composites. He received his bachelor degree in Material Science Engineering at Northwest A&F University in China and master degree in Material Science Engineering at the University of Quebec in Canada. Due to his outstanding research work, he was awarded the honorable Governor Generals Academic Gold Medal in Canada in 2009. He has published 5 journal papers and 12 major conference papers related to biocomposites.
