Rui He

My name is Rui He, and I am currently pursuing my undergraduate degree at McGill University, majoring in Civil Engineering and minoring in Sociology. I always enjoyed a multidisciplinary approach to problem-solving, and working at MTI has allowed me to realize further and reinforce this perspective. Currently, I am on a project with Professor Yousefpour, focusing on building codes and regulations, value chain analysis, and finding innovation opportunities in panelized, prefabricated, modular construction to assess the gaps in existing Ontario regulation. It is making a case for mass timber development in Ontario.
